3. Apply LuxeLustre Shining Lip Gloss over top using the oversized XL applicator for maximum shine and plump.
4. Layer for a more intense wet-look finish, or apply lightly for a natural sheer glow.
5. Reapply gloss throughout the day as needed to refresh shine — the liner base stays put.

How to Use

Step 1: Apply shiny lip gloss on the middle of your bottom lip only.
