Step 2: Outline your lips with the lip liner, starting at the outer edges of your upper lip and trace the cupid’s bow with a small X working your way to the center.
Step 3: Then do the same thing but with your bottom lip, start at the outer edges and trace the curve of the lower lip work your way to the center.
